Hiring Sharokina as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding day. We hired her about 3 months prior to our wedding and she was extremely helpful during those crucial last few "crunch time" months. She made herself accessible via phone, email, and in person whenever we needed her. She was always super fast to respond and very thorough. Shar ensured that our wedding day was stress-free by setting up and tearing down all of our DIY projects, she dealt with vendors, organized family members and the bridal party, and kept us on schedule throughout the day.

I interviewed several wedding planners during our search. None of them exhibited the professionalism and left me feeling as comfortable to hand over the reigns as Shar did. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fabulous and trustworthy event planner!

No Need to Look Any Further! As a person who is very particular about everything, it was no different for the planning of our wedding day. I interviewed multiple wedding/event coordinators and just when I thought I would be on my own, I met with Sharokina. Just from our initial consultation, she made me feel at ease and very comfortable with the thought of trusting her with the wedding I've been working so very hard on. I am normally an easily stressed person, and for her to provide me with stress relief during this first meeting there was no doubt in my mind that I had to hire her for our wedding. It was the best decision that I made throughout my wedding preparation process.

At this time it was a few months prior to the wedding day, so I made the decision to utilize her wedding rehearsal and day of services. Again, I cannot stress how this was a great decision! There were various issues that came across throughout this time, a few months shy of the wedding and without her help, listening ear, vendor contacts, and skills the wedding would not have been as great as it was. She kept me calm and at peace even during issues with other vendors. Additionally, the rehearsal ran so smoothly and just from that moment my husband and I knew that our day would be perfect.

The wedding day that I had envisioned, from the room for the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the ceremony room conversion for dinner to the room and atmosphere created for dancing; there were so many components and spaces and transitions throughout our day/event, and I knew that it would take someone great to handle all of this. Sharokina and her assistant accomplished my vision, all the transitions, etc. better than I could have ever imagined. Believe me, don't waste anytime like I did there is no need to look any further Sharokina and her team are the best at event planning!

I hired Sharokina for her help in finalizing all the wedding details. Needless to say, she was incredible! She was caring and energetic every day I met and talked to her. She was on top of all the small details, she would e-mail, IM, and call me with important details and reminders of things that were still left to be addressed. Any time I had a question she was always nearby to help, advise, and guide.

It wasn't until we had to plan the reception timeline that I realized just how many little details Sharokina was on top of, and that we just could not have done by ourselves. She helped organize all the vendors, all the transportation details, all the timelines, the parents, the bridal party, and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on the day of the wedding. She made the wedding day so simple for us that in the end, I was pretty much care free the entire day, the only thing I had to focus on was my wife.

Sharokina handled all the details and everything was on time and organized. Sharokina is easily one of my favorite vendors I had the pleasure of working with, I would highly recommend her for any event that requires attention to detail and careful planning. You won't find a funner and more caring planner out there.

I met with Sharokina regarding my September 2010 wedding. I found her to be incredibly organized and well-versed on everything weddings. She is personable and answered every question, regardless of how "dumb" I thought it may be.

Armed with her laptop, she explained everything she can do - from helping with invitations, honeymoon planning, and of course, everything to do with the big day. After months of trying to plan my husband's 40th birthday party and getting nowhere in finding the 'perfect' venue, I started a tentative search for an event planner to help me out. Not sure I could justify paying an event planner for a birthday party, I was a little hesitant when I first talked to Sharokina. Sharokina immediately put me at ease in focusing on the event itself and how I wanted it to look and feel instead of focusing on how much I was willing to pay her to make it work. I was extremely pleased that not only was she flexible in pricing but that she already had a few ideas of venues I had not found myself.

After an initial conversation and an in-person meeting she was off researching places and sending me ideas constantly. She went above and beyond what we had agreed she would do for me and I am thankful she did because there were so many details to take care of! She was there setting up on the day of the event, so I would not have to, and had some great ideas on how to make the venue beautiful.
